Asian Superstitions Asian Cultures
Asian superstitions have been passed down from generation to generation. In fact superstitions have been passed down in every culture. Superstitions are a belief or notion of no reason or knowledge. Mostly superstitions have started from ignorance both in the East and West cultures. Asian superstitions involve belief in something supernatural, and are the same in most cultures which, is the belief in the super natural. Many Asian and western superstitions involve good luck and bad luck. Many superstitions evolved from religious practices and are still observed today. One particular Asian superstition involves the number four. Four is a bad luck number in some Asian superstitions. The number four sounds similar as if you were saying death, which has made the number four a bad luck number and a superstitious number in not only Chinese, but other Asian cultures as well.
