A few months ago I broke my last glasses .
For one reason or another, I could never seem to be able to keep them for very long - they got lost or broken very easily.
Contacts have been even worse, never mind that I never quite know the feeling of them in my eyes, especially if they were a bit dry.
I often thought about trying to get better vision without glasses, but thought good eyesight was a genetic thing that you either had or did not.
This proved to be not the case when.
One day I was wandering through the wilds of the internet and came across an article that talked about how eye strain is learned, not innate.
It seemed the face of everything I had heard of flying, but if it were true? What if you really want a better look at the nature? It looked like a bunch of nonsense to me, but get rid of my need, the problems with changing the view (and spare part costs) is connected, I decided to follow through.
Here's what I found;
Your eyes are moved by 6 overly powerful muscles.
Because your eyes are soft, flowing, these muscles are strong enough to deform the shape of the eyeball, if they are kept in a specific position long enough.
And if done repetitively over time this can cause the eye to assume a new shape - one which will cause vision problems.
Not only does the amount of voltage is not constant, so that fixed lenses (glasses or contact lenses) you can even create your vision worse.
The first step to improving your vision is to learn how to palm your eyes.
Simply put your elbows on a table or desk in front of him and place your palms on the eyes.
Focus on releasing any tension around your eyes.
allow the separation of the eyebrows.
Really concentrate on finding and letting go of any tension you feel in or around your eyes.
Try this several times a day for a few minutes at a time, and you will improve your vision without glasses .
