People will stop at nothing to "not" have to eat food they assume will cramp their current dietary (pardon the pun) lifestyle.
If one could only embrace a new beginning of a better lifestyle.
Okay, so you want to lose weight without dieting? You will most certainly have to exercise, maybe a lot depending how bad your current eating habits are.
That said, below are some necessary steps to take if you want to lose weight without dieting.
No wiggle room, here.
Step #2 - Spend an hour in the gym 5 days a week.
That's not your game.
I suggest 30 minutes of cardio activity followed by 30 minutes of resistance training.
But you most certainly need to work yourself into spending that much time in the gym if you want to lose weight without dieting.
I've said this before and I'll say it again.
" Losing weight is a dehydration process.
Step #4 - Think long-term, instead of short-term.
It's a great thought, but losing weight (like everything in life) usually takes longer than you'd like.
People like to put deadlines on things.
If you succumb to the negative emotions you might find yourself, like most people, on a backward slide and destroying all the gains you had made up to that point.
Set long-term weight loss goals.
This is the best way to lose weight without dieting.
