However, this begs the question of how to choose the right phone system for your business or enterprise. You most certainly want the best quality, yet you don't want to toss money out the window.

First of all, assign monetary value to both your staff and the equipment you seek to put into your office or enterprise or in short set yourself a budget. You might not even need to actually purchase it, if you are uncertain of how you will be progressing or expanding over the next decade, you can rent your telephone system. This can be an ideal short-term solution in terms of cost, servicing and future upgrading convenience.
If you do end up buying your system outright, look for special end-of-quarter deals. Providers often try to move overstock during these times when businesses are taking stock of their finances and providing the new phone system to your employees at this time can be a psychological strategy to get them excited about the coming quarter.
