You don't really know what the best exercises to focus on are.


First, let's talk about what you don't want to do if your goal is fast weight loss: that is to focus on isolation - type movements.
An example of this would be a bicep curl; the elbow joint is the only one working and the bicep is primarily the only muscle doing the work.
But, they're bad if you're trying to lose weight because you're not being very efficient - you're not getting very much 'bang for your buck' - and you're not burning very many calories.
I know it's because they don't know any better, which is fine, but that's why I'm writing this article - to help them:)

The best exercises for fast weight loss are those that burn maximum calories.
In this particular exercise, you're working a bunch of different muscle groups at once, you're hitting almost all of your major muscle groups, and you're burning maximum calories in minimum time.
