The purpose of writing this newsletter is to share information about tinnitus and how to heal with a diet.
According to my research, there is a connection between food and tinnitus.
Tinnitus or ear noise is undesirable because of high blood pressure or atherosclerosis.
High blood pressure occurs as a result of unhealthy foods such as red meat (animal protein), refined sugars, salt and flour, and other processed foods.
These foods stress the body by narrowing of the arteries.
Salt and sugar only worsen tinnitus and so they should be avoided.
Salt restrict blood vessels causes high blood pressure and reduce blood flow to the ears and brain out deterioration of the tinnitus.
Sugar on the other hand will only cause abnormal sugar metabolism to tinnitus patients.
This is the auditory system which leads to increased insulin levels, which is dangerous as it worsens tinnitus, as well as with other diseases such as diabetes type 2.
To unclog your ears, you can take fruit and vegetable juice for three days.
You can also lower blood pressure, stretch and relax the blood vessels in garlic juice in combination with raw vegetables and fruit.
Tinnitus can also lead to hearing loss.
To improve your ears, reduce the acceptance of margarine and vegetable fat and saturated fatty acids.
You can prevent vasoconstriction in the inner ear by avoiding sugar which provokes adrenalin release that promotes tinnitus.
You can also reduce the tinnitus, increased magnesium and potassium in the diet.
The best sources for these minerals are bananas, leafy green vegetables, apricots, nuts, beets, and baked potatoes.
Multivitamin-mineral supplements may also be taken to be compensated for the food.
You might find that you get tinnitus after eating certain foods.
You can do some research or testing to find out what triggers the tinnitus.
In some people, tinnitus is triggered by caffeine or other stimulants, salt, sugar, dairy products, or quinine or other preservatives and suppressants.
You can also cure tinnitus, supplementing the diet with organically grown herbs such as ginkgo, sesame, black cohosh, Periwinkle, Yellow root, spinach, sunflower seeds, hay Greek tea, castor oil, the juice of onion, passion flower, fruit macaques, horsetail, mistletoe tea, plantain and.
These herbs help in improving the flow of blood to the brain.
Even to deck and increase your energy thus help cure tinnitus.
Do not take garlic if you are taking ginkgo because they will react negatively to the blood by making it thin.
So if you have garlic in your diet, not included Ginkgo.
The two never goes together.
Now that you know the types of foods that help reduce tinnitus, it's time to add to your menu.
