But for most of these people who are suffering for a long, grueling hours cardio, crunches are starving, that only half effective, and their bodies of much needed nutrients to all for a pound every two days (maybe).
The following ABC's aren't for the faint of heart.
They are intense, but very effective.

Like many people, you're probably extremely busy throughout your day.
