But is social media just a waste of time, or can you actually use your favorite online haunts to further your scrapbooking? I believe you can! Here are some of the ways I've used social media in my scrapbooking:
1. Have you ever looked back through your tweets and Facebook status reports? They provide an interesting and often funny slice of your everyday life. "

2. You can search blogs, LinkedIn, and Facebook for keywords such as "scrapbooking" or "digital scrapbooking" to find other users who are interested in the same topics.

Enter keywords into your favorite search engine, like "digital scrapbook blogs" or "hybrid scrapbook blogs.
And one of the best parts of having online friends is knowing that there's likely to be someone on Twitter to answer your questions about using your Cricut, even if you log on at 2 in the morning!
3. Many scrapbookers and product manufacturers share their favorite tips and skills on their blogs or via their Facebook pages.
