I started with nothing but dedication and an internet connection so absolutely anyone can do this.

You don't need a website, although its more beneficial, you need a product to promote, a hungry market that wants to buy the product and then targeted visitors who find their way to either your affiliate link or your website.
Although you will have to pay for the best information and methods, it will save you the time and money that you will waste finding the way on your own.
You can then duplicate the success of the successful.
