As mentioned in our previous newsletter we're doing our best to keep you updated with deals, happenings, Maui lifestyle stories, links, and helpful information to brighten your day. We'd like to encourage you to take a look at our blog that we frequently post with content that we think you'll find useful and interesting. Courtney (Guest Services) and Keala (Reservations Assistant) have been the most active participants and they hope you've enjoyed some of their blogging. A recent favorite: SandSurfing
* New Maui activities company, www.HawaiianPaddleSports.com, specializes in all paddling water sports like canoe adventures, and SUP (stand up paddle, the latest craze).
* New shave ice provider in central Maui on Dairy Rd, Ululani's Shave Ice. Perfect location for a refreshing pit-stop after the drive to Hana, drive up Haleakala, or hiking at I'ao Needle.
* Don't forget about WOW, Wailea On Wednesdays, where you'll enjoy live entertainment at sunset and see featured artwork and artists, all at the Shops of Wailea, 6:30pm-9pm.
Let's continue with our current perspectives on preferred properties on both the southshore, in Kihei and Wailea, and the northshore, based on recent guest-feedback. We have many other choices to consider on both shores that are lower and higher-priced, but this at least will get you started with some good options.
For the last-minute travelers, Maui Kamaole and Sugar
Beach are offering a 30% discount for travel
between May 6 - June 30 (must book by May 31).***
Kihei:
Both of these properties are very well-maintained and they both offer a 15% discount starting
May 1 and until Dec 20!
Maui Kamaole - our most popular south shore choice, great beach across the street, walking distance to shop/restaurants.
Sugar Beach - completely renovated exterior w/ new central a/c, too. It's still our best beachfront choice, and now we can offer more 2BR's than ever.
Wailea:
We only reserve these properties with "specific unit guarantees", so "what you see is what you get", though we go to each property often to stay current on the latest choices.
Makena Surf - beachfront and more beachfront
Wailea Beach Villas - the finest luxury accommodations!
Northshore:
We "pioneered" the northshore for vacation rentals over 20 years ago and we still offer
the "best" choices of cottages, homes, and estate properties.
Beachcomber Cottage - a private beachfront cottage.
Sugar Cove - We're also known as "Makena Surf North", though it's much smaller w/ only 3 units currently available for rental, but discounts are available for certain times of year
